Founded in 2006 by J. Chris Higares, Aircraft RVSM Services, LLC has produced LOAs and other services for large, medium, and small business jets for nearly 20 years and counting.

J. Chris Higares graduated with a BSBA from the University of San Francisco in 1979. From 1972 to 1978, Chris served in the Navy as a member of the aircrew and as a jet mechanic. Chris has had an extensive and far reaching career in the aviation industry, having previously worked for Cessna as an aircraft broker between 1993 to 2005.
